For many years, I faced challenges with my health. From weight gain and hormone imbalances to painful acne and undiagnosed illness, I became frustrated by a lack of answers and took my health into my own hands. By changing the way I ate, moved and lived, I have been able to make great strides toward achieving optimal health.
